Ready to Print rollers are supplied with a new core that is machined on CNC lathes with very high tolerances, using this technology, the core is dynamically balanced both before and after the covering, this ensures the highest quality is maintained. Previously with refurbished rollers the bearings needed to be replaced, however most Ready to Print Rollers come with bearing and all necessary fixtures supplied.

 

Zenith's Precision New Cores
To ensure quality and long life, all the seamless steel pipes and shaft materials undergo Ultra Sound testing to detect any cracks that may exist, however microscopic they may be. These high quality steel pipes are precision bored, the spindles are machined and their authenticated weight strictly maintained, and bearing seats are ground finished and the rollers are dynamically balanced.
